JOIN OUR hybrid ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND FILM SCREENING ON 27 jUNE 2023
Using a cosy room at the Strand Cinema, we'll hold our annual meeting and host a screening of Integrated Education - Through the Eyes of Young People (2021).
Expect popcorn and fizzy drinks if you're joining us in person. For those joining us online, you'll join us for the annual general meeting and you'll have a chance to ask us questions and join in.
About our AGM
Because we're a registered charity, every year Integrated Integrated AlumNI holds an 'Annual General Meeting' (AGM). We do some formalities at this, like approving accounts, but this doesn't take long. We'll talk about what happened in the last year and what's ahead. There'll be opportunities for you to meet and talk to other network members, as well as to ask questions about what we do and how you can get involved (if you want to).
The screening - Integrated Education – Through the Eyes of Young People (~30 minutes)
This film gives an insight into integrated education through the lived experiences of past and current pupils in integrated schools in Northern Ireland. Directed by leading independent filmmaker Michael MacBroom and produced by Paul Collins (IEF), the film explores the nature of good relations through an integrated schooling system.
The social nearby (venue TBC)
After the film screening and discussion, we'll head to a local bar where the first drink (and some snacks) are on us.
