Transport will be provided from Turas/Skainos Centre to Stormont. The event will end at the latest 10pm.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve registered to attend the AGM in-person. What logistical information do I need to know?
Our AGM will commence at 5:30pm at Turas, Skainos Centre. Once you arrive, go through the main entrance and turn left where you will see a lift. Take the lift to level 2. Turn left through the doors and the event will be taking place there. The event will start promptly at 5:30pm due to time restrictions.
I’ve also registered to attend the evening celebration at Stormont. How will we get there?
If you are attending our AGM and our celebratory evening at Stormont, a bus will be provided (unless you wish to take your own transport). As a bus would be unable to park at Skainos, the bus will depart from the Starbucks at Connswater Shopping Centre which is under 10 minutes-walk away. For directions, please see here (although we will leave together). If anyone has mobility issues and is not able to walk, then please let me know and we can arrange for pick-up at the Skainos centre.
I want to take my own transport to Stormont. Can I park there?
If you are driving to Stormont – you are required to register your car details in advance here. Please do this by COP Tuesday 14th June. This will be passed to the security team at Stormont to allow you on-site. Entrance is via Massey Avenue and parking is available past the Carson statue.

What’s the dress code to attend in-person?
We’re not fussy! It’s not a formal affair, however some might be in smart-casual attire, but the choice is down to you. Certainly no tux or long dresses required!
What are the catering arrangements?
There will be a drinks reception on arrival and you are welcome to a glass of wine/bottle of beer/soft drink on arrival in the Great Hall. We will then move up to the Members Dining Room at 7:45 where a hot buffet will also be available. Any dietary requirements have been noted from your initial registration.
What is the format of the AGM?
For the AGM, you will hear from some of our current Trustees and members about our activity over the past year, as well as remarks from our guest speaker Linda Ervine.
What is the format for the evening reception at Parliament Buildings?
Guests are welcome to arrive for 7pm. The Chambers will also be open for viewing. At 7:45 we will move up to the Members Dining Room where a hot buffet is served and you will hear remarks from various stakeholders, including the Event Sponsor, Kellie Armstrong MLA.
Is there transport back from Stormont?
We will not be providing transport from Stormont after the event has finished. However, the Glider and other bus services operate from the Upper Newtownards Road. The event will conclude before 10pm.
My circumstances have changed and I am no longer able to attend. What do I do?
If you’re no longer able to attend for whatever reason, please let me know at the earliest opportunity so that your space can be allocated to another person. We are very close to capacity.
A friend/family member also wants to attend. Are they able to?
We have limited space remaining – but yes! Once we are at capacity, I will close off the registration form, but individuals can still register to attend via this link.
